Advertising Agency in Midtown, Manhattan on the West Side is looking to hire a Temporary Administrative Assistant to support their Chief Talent Officer & CFO. This position will start asap and last for at least 3 months while the current assistant is out on a medical leave. Day to day the assistant in this role will answer phones, manage calendars, book travel, handle expense reports, and complete other ad hoc projects as needed. They need a forward thinking assistant who is great at multi-tasking and has a strong attention to detail. Hours are 9am – 5pm with a lunch break. Hourly rate is DOE. There are times when a candidate will need to check email after hours, but not a daily requirement.
