Title: Manual QA tester (e-commerce)

Type: contract

Duration: 3 + month with possible extensions

Job Description:

•           4+ years of experience in the testing web-based software applications.

•           Execute all levels of testing (System, Integration, End to end and Regression)

•           Reviewing software requirements and preparing test cases

•           Create test matrixes with test data

•           Apply quality engineering principals throughout the Agile product lifecycle

•           Perform manual testing, which may include exploratory, system, regression, compatibility, or integration testing for client-facing products or back-end systems.

•           Document and evaluate test results and defects, track and manage defects and work with the QA lead to meet delivery

•           Work closely with product owners to understand the requirement,

•           Works in good collaboration with Operations and Development team

•           Execute test cases based on functional specifications for new products as well as change requests (defects, enhancements, new features functionality)

•           Validate E-Commerce web content including, promotions, home pages and new product launches to site

•           Manage and work on production defects fixes and site regression

•           Conduct compatibility tests against different browsers for new and existing functionality

•           Daily collaboration with offshore and on-site team on day-to-day QA operational support

•           Experience with manual testing in different environments

•           Excellent communication skills

•           Experience with JIRA and Confluence

Qualifications:

•           Demandware experience preferred

•           E-Commerce Experience Preferred

•           Bachelor’s Degree
